A real alarm for every Feishu / Lark meeting
The short answer
If the meeting is in your iPhone calendar, MeetAlarm finds the Feishu or Lark link, rings through Silent before it starts, and joins in one tap.
Feishu and Lark keep their reminders inside the app, and iPhone calendar alerts are polite notifications — mute the phone or enable Focus and both can slip by unheard. What you want is a system alarm: guaranteed to ring, impossible to miss, and one tap from the call. That's MeetAlarm.
How it works with Feishu and Lark
MeetAlarm reads the calendars you enable in the iPhone Calendar app. Whenever a meeting shows up there — accepted via email invite, synced from Feishu/Lark calendar through CalDAV or Exchange, or an event where the link was pasted — it recognizes the Feishu or Lark meeting URL wherever it sits: location, notes or URL field. No Feishu account connection; everything stays on the device.
Before the meeting it schedules a real iOS 26 system alarm — full screen, ringing through Silent and Focus until you act. The Join button on the ringing screen opens Feishu or Lark straight into the meeting.
It follows your calendar
- Rescheduled? Change it in the calendar; the alarm moves with it.
- Cancelled? The alarm removes itself.
- Weekly syncs get an alarm every time — or mute the whole series in one tap.
- Lock Screen countdown and Dynamic Island keep the next meeting in view.
Mixed-platform days welcome
The same detection and one-tap join also cover Tencent Meeting, DingTalk, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex and FaceTime — plus automatic dial-in with conference code for phone bridges. Cross-company, cross-platform calendars are the whole point.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to connect my Feishu or Lark account?
- No. MeetAlarm never talks to Feishu's servers — it reads the meeting link from the calendar event on your iPhone and opens the Feishu/Lark app when you tap Join.
- How does a Feishu meeting get recognized?
- It needs to appear in your iPhone calendar — via email invitation, CalDAV/Exchange sync from Feishu calendar, or an event containing the meeting link. If the Calendar app shows it, MeetAlarm can take over.
- Will it ring on Silent or in Focus mode?
- Yes. MeetAlarm schedules real system alarms via Apple's AlarmKit (iOS 26+), which ring through Silent and Focus until handled.
- Which calendar accounts are supported?
- Anything the iPhone Calendar app supports: iCloud, Google, Exchange/Outlook and CalDAV. Read-only, fully on-device.
- Is it free?
- The core is free: real alarms for one calendar and one-tap join on every supported platform, Feishu and Lark included. Pro adds multiple calendars, per-calendar rules, leave-on-time alarms and more.
